1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to XL Arena ("we," "our," "us," or the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by XL Arena, a turf and sports facility booking platform. By accessing or using our Services, you ("User," "Customer," "You") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

XL Arena connects sports enthusiasts with turf facilities for football, cricket, basketball, and other sports. We act as an intermediary platform facilitating bookings between users and turf partners.

2. Eligibility

By using XL Arena, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• All information you provide during registration and booking is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To book a turf through XL Arena, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

XL Arena reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or display suspicious activity.

4. Booking Process & Payments

4.1 Making a Booking: Users can browse available turfs, select date/time slots, and confirm bookings through our platform. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/SMS.

4.2 Pricing: All prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. XL Arena reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, digital wallets, UPI, and net banking. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. XL Arena does not store your full payment credentials.

4.4 Booking Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking ID and confirmation details via email and SMS. Please present this confirmation at the turf facility.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 User Cancellations: You may cancel your booking through your XL Arena account. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation:

• Cancellation 48+ hours before slot: 100% refund (minus processing fees).
• Cancellation 24-48 hours before slot: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before slot: No refund.

5.2 Turf Partner Cancellations: If a turf facility cancels due to maintenance, weather, or other reasons, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

5.3 No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled slot without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using XL Arena, you agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, insult, or threaten any staff, players, or turf partners.
• Damage turf property, equipment, or facilities.
• Violate any sports facility rules including smoking, alcohol consumption, or use of abusive language.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
• Create multiple accounts or bypass booking restrictions.
• Resell turf bookings for commercial purposes without written consent.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and a ban from future bookings.

7. Turf Facility Rules

All users must adhere to the specific rules of each turf facility. Common rules include:

• Wearing appropriate sports shoes (no black-soled or metal studs unless permitted).
• No outside food or beverages unless allowed by the facility.
• Reporting any injuries or damages to facility staff immediately.
• Supervising children at all times if minors are present.
• Following COVID-19 or other health protocols if applicable.

XL Arena is not responsible for enforcing facility rules; however, we may assist turf partners in banning repeat offenders.

8. Liability Disclaimer

8.1 Assumption of Risk: Sports activities involve inherent risks including physical injury, property damage, or other losses. By booking through XL Arena, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with sports participation.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, XL Arena, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of profits, data loss, or property damage arising from your use of our Services or participation in sports activities.

8.3 Total Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XL Arena, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of our Services or any turf facility.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including turf partners.
• Any injury or damage caused by you or your group at a facility.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on XL Arena's platform including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and design elements are the exclusive property of XL Arena or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. "XL Arena" and related logos are registered trademarks.

11. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites (payment gateways, social media, mapping services). We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Access them at your own risk.

12. Termination

XL Arena reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, turf partners, or our platform. Upon termination, any pending bookings may be cancelled without refund.

13. Force Majeure

XL Arena shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, government actions, strikes, power outages, or technical failures. In such events, we will attempt to reschedule bookings or issue credits where possible.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation.
